Cookie Policy

Kelviz uses cookies narrowly. Here's exactly what exists today and why.

Strictly necessary

A single authentication session cookie, set when you log in, so the app knows which account and organization is making each request. Without it, you couldn't stay logged in between page loads. This cookie is never sold or shared, isn't used for advertising, and doesn't require consent — it's essential to the service you asked for by logging in.

Analytics

Kelviz uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage — which pages get visited, which campaign brought a visitor here, whether a page loads quickly. It does not run any advertising pixel or third-party ad-targeting cookie.

Analytics is off by default. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether to turn it on; nothing beyond the necessary session cookie above is set until you choose Accept, and your choice is remembered so you're not asked again. You can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which brings the banner back.

Marketing attribution

If you arrive from a tracked link (a QR code, a social post, an email, an ad), Kelviz sets a first-party cookie recording which campaign, channel, and creative brought you here — no personal information, just the campaign source. It expires automatically after 30 days. This is separate from the analytics cookie above and isn't gated on the analytics choice, since it only ever records where a click came from, the same information already visible in the link's own URL.
