These terms govern your use of Kelviz, a subscription toll and violation reconciliation service for Turo fleet operators. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Subscription & billing
Kelviz is billed by vehicle-count tier, not by usage volume. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period; downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Each plan has a vehicle limit, enforced by the application.
Your data
You own the data you upload and generate through your account. By using Kelviz, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
What Kelviz does — and doesn't — guarantee
Kelviz's matching and reconciliation engine is a decision-support tool. It is designed to reduce manual reconciliation work, not to guarantee that every charge will be matched correctly or that a reimbursement submission deadline will be met. You remain responsible for reviewing flagged items and submitting reimbursement requests within Turo's own deadlines. Kelviz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Turo, Inc. "Turo" is used here only to describe compatibility with Turo's platform.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. See our Pricing page for current plan details and refund terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.
