How does toll matching work?
Upload your toll provider's export (E-ZPass, SunPass, or any other provider — the import step maps columns generically, not per named provider). The matching engine then scores each toll transaction against your fleet's reservations by vehicle, transponder assignment, or license plate.
What's the submission window?
Each reimbursement case shows its own submission-window status on the case page, based on the trip's timing, so you can see how much time remains before it needs to be submitted.
Can I change plans later?
