Download data from Kelviz as a CSV file for use elsewhere.

Where CSV export is available
Every report in the catalog has its own export link that downloads exactly what's on screen. Outside of Reports, CSV export is also available from the Reimbursements list (respecting your current filters), the Dashboard's fleet performance section, and a vehicle's own performance page (separately for its monthly trend table and its trip-level earnings table).
PDF export
PDF export isn't available anywhere in Kelviz today — every export is a CSV file.
Expected result
A .csv file downloads to your device, ready to open in a spreadsheet.
