Understand the Data Quality review queue

What the Data Quality page checks for and how to act on what it finds.

Last updated

Who can do this: Anyone with access to the organization can view it.

What it checks today

No matching vehicle (an earnings row doesn't match any vehicle on file), Duplicate import, Toll not billed (a toll or ticket has no matching reimbursement), Reimbursement mismatch, No trip history (a vehicle with no active-date history), Overlapping reservations, Future trip marked completed, Missing earnings amount, and Import needs attention (an imported report appears incomplete).

What it doesn't check yet

The page itself lists checks that aren't computable with the data available today — for example utilization exceeding 100% or an expense amount differing from its source document. These aren't hidden or broken; they're openly marked as not yet tracked.

Steps

  1. 1

Go to Data Quality in the sidebar.

  2. 2

Select an issue-type card to filter the table to just that type, or scroll the full table.

  3. 3

Use the Vehicle and Reservation columns to jump to the affected record and fix the underlying data.

Expected result

Resolving the underlying data (importing a missing reservation, fixing a vehicle's plate, etc.) removes the issue from this queue on its own — there's no separate "dismiss" action.
