An uploaded document and everything extracted from it (citation number, amounts, dates, and so on) is scoped to your organization the same way every other record is — it's never visible to another organization, and within your organization it follows the same role permissions as the charge it becomes.
What Kelviz does with it
The document is read by an automated OCR/extraction step to pre-fill a draft charge for a human to review — see Review OCR-extracted fields. Kelviz doesn't share uploaded documents with third parties beyond what's needed to process them.
