The best toll-management system for a Turo host isn't necessarily the one with the longest feature list — it's the one that reliably connects provider transactions to reservations, makes exceptions visible, preserves evidence, and helps you act before reimbursement deadlines expire. 1. Support for your actual toll data

Check whether the software accepts the formats your provider supplies — CSV or Excel exports, transaction reports, or invoices — and whether column mappings can be saved when providers use different headings and date formats.
