Adding one at a time vs. in bulk
Use Add vehicle for a single vehicle, or Import CSV on the Vehicles page for your whole fleet at once. A bulk import needs columns for Vehicle Name, License Plate, and State, with VIN, Turo Vehicle ID, and Status optional.
Plate history
Each vehicle's page shows a plate history table — if a vehicle's plate changes, Kelviz keeps the old plate on record with the date range it was active, so historical tolls and tickets still match correctly.
Statuses
Active, Inactive, and Sold are set directly on the vehicle form. Archived is set separately, using the dedicated archive action rather than the edit form.
