Add your first vehicle

Add a vehicle to your fleet roster so tolls and tickets can be matched to it.

Who can do this: Owners, admins, and operators.

Steps

Go to Vehicles in the sidebar, then select Add vehicle.

Enter a Vehicle name.
Anything that identifies it to you, e.g. "Blue Honda Civic."

Enter the License plate and State.
Required — this is one of the signals the matching engine uses to link tolls and tickets to this vehicle.

Optionally enter the VIN and Turo vehicle ID.
The VIN helps auto-matching against toll transponder assignments. The Turo vehicle ID comes from the vehicle's URL in your Turo host dashboard.

Select Add vehicle.

The vehicle appears in your fleet roster at /vehicles and is available to select when adding a toll transponder or reviewing a match.

"Only owners, admins, and operators can add or edit vehicles.": Ask an owner or admin to either add the vehicle for you or change your role.

Add, edit, and archive vehicles in your fleet roster.

Add the toll provider account your statements come from, so you can import toll transactions and assign transponders to vehicles.
