Add a toll account and transponders

Add the toll provider account your statements come from, so you can import toll transactions and assign transponders to vehicles.

Who can do this: Owners, admins, and operators.

Before you start:

At least one vehicle already added, if you plan to assign transponders right away.

Steps

Go to Toll Accounts in the sidebar, then select Add toll account.

Enter a Provider name and Account label.
For example, provider "E-ZPass", label "Fleet EZPass Account".

Optionally enter an Account reference and State.

Select Add toll account.

To mount transponders onto vehicles in bulk, open the account and select Import transponders.
This is a CSV/Excel upload — required columns are Transponder number and License plate, with an optional Status column. There's no single-transponder assignment form; bulk import is the only way to mount a transponder today.

The toll account appears at /settings/toll-accounts and can be selected when importing toll transactions.

A transponder row is skipped during import.: Rows are skipped when the matching license plate belongs to an inactive vehicle — only active vehicles are assigned. Reactivate the vehicle or fix the plate and re-import.
