Import reservation data

Import a CSV or Excel export of your Turo reservations so tolls and tickets have trips to match against.

Who can do this: Owners, admins, and operators.

Before you start:

  • A reservation/trip export from Turo (or another booking platform) as a CSV or Excel file.

Steps

  1. 1

Go to Reservations in the sidebar, then select Import reservations (or go to Imports → New import).

  2. 2

Under "What are you importing?", choose Reservations.

  3. 3

Enter the Source system (e.g. turo) and the timezone your file's trip times are in, then upload your CSV or Excel file.

  4. 4

Map each required field to a column from your file, then select Validate rows.

You can save your mapping as a reusable template so you don't have to redo it on your next export from the same source.

  5. 5

Review the row counts (ready, duplicate, rejected, unmatched vehicle), then select Import N rows.

Expected result

Imported reservations appear at /reservations and become available as match candidates for toll transactions and tickets.

Common errors

Rows are flagged "unmatched vehicle."
The license plate or Turo vehicle ID in that row doesn't match any vehicle in your fleet yet — add the vehicle first, then re-import.
"Map required field(s): ..." error when continuing past mapping.
Every field marked with * in the mapping step must be matched to a column before you can validate rows.
