Initial organization setup
Create the organization that will hold your fleet's vehicles, tolls, and tickets, or join an existing one.

Who can do this: Anyone signed in without an active organization membership can create one; joining requires an invite from an existing owner or admin.
Creating vs. joining
If your company already uses Kelviz, ask an owner or admin to invite you (see Team members, roles, and permissions) and use "Join an organization" instead of creating a second one.
Steps

On the "Create your organization" screen, enter an Organization name.
A URL-safe slug is generated for you automatically as you type — you can edit it (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only).

Set your Timezone.
This is the default timezone used to interpret timestamps in imported reservation and toll data — it defaults to America/New_York.

Set your Currency.
A 3-letter code, defaults to USD.

Select Create organization.

Choose a plan and start your subscription.
Every organization needs an active Stripe subscription before it can use anything beyond Settings → Billing — you'll be redirected there automatically. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial, and no card is charged until the trial ends.
Expected result
You land on the dashboard with full access to your new organization.
Common errors
- You keep getting redirected to Settings → Billing no matter what page you try to open.
- Your organization doesn't have an active subscription yet. Pick a plan on that page and complete Stripe checkout — every other page unlocks automatically once it's confirmed.
