How a case gets started

A reimbursement case is created automatically once there's something billable on a reservation — confirming a toll match or approving a ticket both add to a case, creating one for that reservation if it doesn't already have one. You generally won't need to create a case by hand.

Steps

  1. 1

Go to Reimbursements in the sidebar to see every case, or select Review from the trip on the Toll Reconciliation or Tickets screens.

  2. 2

Open a case to see its "Toll charges on this trip" table, subtotal, and submission-window status.

  3. 3

Confirm the case's requested amount and submission-window status before submitting it to Turo.

Expected result

You can see, for any trip, the full billable amount across tolls and tickets in one place instead of two separate systems.
