Prevent duplicate billing

How Kelviz reduces the chance a guest gets billed twice for the same charge.

At the ticket level

Byte-identical uploads, near-duplicate scans, and multi-notice citation chains are flagged before approval (see Avoid duplicate tickets) — checking those warnings before you approve a ticket is the main way to prevent a duplicate charge from ever reaching a case.

At the toll level

A toll invoice or violation notice is cross-checked against your connected toll account, so you're warned if a guest may already have been billed for the same toll through E-ZPass or a similar account.

What this doesn't do

These checks surface candidates for a human to verify — they don't silently merge or block anything on their own, so the final judgment call is still yours before a case is submitted.
