What Kelviz needs from a toll provider export before it can be imported.

File types
CSV or Excel (.xlsx). Kelviz doesn't connect to toll providers live — you export a statement from your provider's portal (E-ZPass, SunPass, TxTag, or any other) and upload it.
Column mapping, not fixed columns
Your file's columns don't need to be named a specific way. The import wizard's mapping step lets you match each required field (like occurred date/time, license plate, and amount) to whatever column header your provider actually uses, and suggests a mapping automatically based on your headers. You can save a mapping as a reusable template so repeat imports from the same provider skip the mapping step.
Timezone
Most provider exports have no timezone marker on their date/time columns at all. You tell the import wizard what timezone the file's timestamps are in — it converts them from there.
