Built for one vehicle, or seventy-five.
Kelviz started with Turo hosts, but the underlying problem — matching a toll or ticket charge back to whichever reservation and guest actually caused it — doesn't change based on which platform the reservation came from. Reservation import isn't locked to one booking platform: the import step accepts a CSV/Excel export and lets you label its source system, so a rental company running its own booking process, or a mix of Turo and something else, isn't left out.
One matching engine, any fleet size
The same plate/transponder/time-window matching that works for a five-vehicle Turo host scales to a much larger roster — Kelviz's plans run from a handful of vehicles up through 75+ (see Pricing for current plan breakpoints), and the underlying reconciliation logic doesn't change as your fleet grows, just the volume it's processing.
Reservation data from more than one source
The reservation import step asks you to label a file's source system as free text — "turo," or whatever your own booking system is called — rather than assuming every import is a Turo export. If your fleet takes reservations through more than one channel, each can be imported and reconciled the same way.
Tickets and tolls, one workflow either way
A parking ticket, a traffic citation, and a toll charge all need the same thing: matched to the reservation and guest responsible, then tracked through to billing. See Ticket Management for how citations flow through the same pipeline as toll transactions.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a Turo host to use Kelviz?
No. Turo is the most common reservation source among current users, but the import step accepts reservation data labeled with any source system — it isn't hard-coded to one booking platform.
Is there a minimum or maximum fleet size?
Plans scale by vehicle count, from Starter (up to 5 vehicles) through Enterprise (75+) — see Pricing for the current tier breakdown.
