Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about how Kelviz behaves day to day. For plan, trial, or payment questions, see the pricing page's FAQ instead.

Is automatic matching or OCR extraction ever fully automatic — does anything get billed without a human looking at it?

No. Automatic matching and OCR extraction only ever produce suggestions or drafts. A toll match still needs to be confirmed (or is auto-matched with high confidence, but can still be corrected by a reviewer), and a ticket charge is never billed to a guest until a human approves it. See How automatic matching works and Review OCR-extracted fields.

Does Kelviz guarantee I'll get reimbursed by Turo?

No. Kelviz tracks the submission window and helps you assemble accurate, evidenced cases, but it doesn't control or guarantee Turo's approval or reimbursement decision.

Can Kelviz pull my reservations or toll transactions automatically from Turo or my toll provider?

Not today. Both are CSV/Excel imports you export from Turo or your toll provider's portal and upload — see Supported import format.

Can I assign one transponder to one vehicle without a CSV file?

Not currently — transponder assignment is a bulk CSV/Excel import, even for a single transponder. See Transponder assignments.

What roles can approve a ticket for billing?

Owners, admins, and operators. Reviewers can confirm toll matches and edit ticket fields, but approving a charge and managing reimbursement cases require one of the other three roles. See Team members, roles, and permissions.

Can I export my data as a PDF?

Not today — every export in Kelviz is a CSV file. See Exporting data to CSV.

I have questions about pricing, plans, or my invoice — where do I go?

See the pricing page's FAQ for plan and billing questions, or Subscription and billing for how to manage it in-app.
